SpellForce is no longer an old IP that we remember with a certain degree of nostalgia. The series that made a splash in early 2000 is now a well-established franchise that is getting new content every few years.After the IP was picked up by THQ Nordic back in 2012, the publisher released an expansion to SpellForce 2 called Demons of the Past, as well as SpellForce 3, which made its debut just three years ago.
Last year, the series got another standalone expansion – Soul Harvest, but publisher THQ Nordic and developer Grimlore Games have another surprise for SpellForce fans this year. A brand-new standalone expansion has just been revealed – SpellForce 3: Fallen God, which introduces the trolls and lots of gameplay improvements.
