A family in serious crisis turned to Dr. Phil for help in dealing with their violent 12-year-old daughter, Aneska, who had her siblings and parents on edge and afraid for their lives. But, even Dr. Phil was creeped out when the psychotic little girl revealed her darkest fantasy.
Aneska’s parents have taken their daughter to treatment centers numerous times. They even tried to send her to a residential boarding school, but she beat the host mother. But, before you judge them for sending her away, consider this: The psychotic 12-year-old girl has actually tried to kill her own siblings, and she has already succeeded in killing small animals.
“Our 12-year-old daughter, Aneska, looks very cute and innocent, but she holds our family in a constant state of crisis,” Aneska’s mother, Melanie, told Dr. Phil McGraw on the Dr. Phil show. “[She] is explosive, violent, and aggressive. She lies, she steals, and she doesn’t respect authority.”
That appears to be just the tip of the iceberg, though. Aneska also kills small animals without the slightest remorse, as if she gets enjoyment out of ending the lives of things which are smaller and more helpless than she is. She’s even killed a family pet, according to what was said on Dr. Phil.
At the tender age of 6, Aneska happily killed the family hamster with a flashlight. “When Aneska was 6-years-old, she killed our pet hamster with a metal flashlight,” explained an exasperated Melanie. She also killed a nestful of baby birds with her bare hands. “When Aneska was seven, she went outside. She got into a bird’s nest. She killed the baby birds,” Melanie recalled.
Of course, a hallmark of budding serial killers is killing animals. Study any serial killer behind bars, and you will soon learn that they all exhibited the same behaviors during childhood, like wetting the bed and killing animals. Needless to say, the fact that Aneska is already pulverizing hamsters and small birds is troubling, to say the least.
Aneska has even tried to kill her own siblings with a knife, so now her parents must keep all of the kitchen knives in their home locked away, lest Aneska’s anger flare up and she does something irreversible. It’s difficult to imagine living in such fear from an immediate family member at all times, but that is the reality for Aneska’s family.
It appears that the trouble all started when Aneska took a nasty fall on her tricycle when she was 3-years-old, landing on her face. Since then, her parents claim, everything has been downhill. Their little girl, who used to be sweet and “normal,” has become a living, breathing monster who terrorizes her own family each and every day.
A traumatic head injury can certainly cause erratic and violent behavior like Aneska exhibits, so Dr. Phil ordered brain scans to be done on the young girl. The scans ultimately revealed some serious abnormalities and restricted blood flow to areas of Aneska’s brain, which more than likely had been causing her bad behavior all along. Now, thanks to these new findings, she has been taken off some of the medications she had been on. Still, her family has a long way to go in their fight to reclaim their once well-behaved child, and they’re going to need all of the help they can get.
