Woman & Her Lover Arrested For Murdering 32-Year-Old Husband In His Home

Local police in Budaun area of Bareilly have arrested a woman and her lover for murdering the accused’s husband.

The 32-year-old victim husband was shot dead inside his residence in Kadar Chowk area of Budaun district. The cops revealed that during the investigation they learnt that the man was killed by his own wife with the help of her lover, Bablu Yadav. Budaun SSP Sankalp Sharma said,

The incident was reported on January 8 when victim Deendayal was shot dead inside his house during midnight. An FIR was registered in this case.

He added,

During the investigation, we found that the man was murdered by his wife’s paramour. Based on mobile surveillance, we gathered evidence and took the woman and her friend into custody for questioning. The duo confessed to have killed the man during questioning.

The murder weapon has been recovered and the accused have been sent to jail.

In another story, a Thane court on January 5, 2021, awarded life imprisonment to a 29-year-old woman, who works in a bar and her paramour for killing her husband who was found hanging from the ceiling of his house in Kalwa, Maharashtra, in 2017.

The accused’s three-year-old daughter had witnessed the incident. The judge pronounced the woman and her 35-year-old paramour guilty under IPC Sections 302 (murder), and 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of the offence, or giving false information to screen offender). Along with that the court also imposed a fine of Rs 6,000 on each of them.

The judge said  that the evidence is to be weighed and not counted. The accused have been sent to jail.
