This Is the Microsoft Store Windows 10 Really Deserves

It’s not a secret that Microsoft’s very own Store that comes bundled with Windows 10 isn’t necessarily the most successful idea of the software giant.

And this isn’t only because users still don’t see the Store the go-to destination whenever they want an app, but also because developers themselves are yet to bring their apps here and continue to focus more on Win32.

But while so many people believe Win32 was, is, and will continue to be the right way to go on Windows, the Microsoft Store itself could still get a few improvements here and there that would help further polish the experience and provide users with the modern experience they expect in the first place.

Leaving aside the lack of apps in the Microsoft Store, which in my opinion is the number one reason why UWP apps are yet to gain traction, a visual facelift could help the app increase its adoption or, at least, give it a try.
