Apple will unveil the iPhone 12 this fall, and the new lineup is expected to come with a design that’s based on the current generation, with some people claiming the devices could feature a notch that’s just a little bit smaller than it is right now.
Japanese site Mac Otakara, however, claims bigger changes are coming to the iPhone in 2021 when Apple is projected to take the wraps off the iPhone 13.
Mockups that the site published envision the new model without a notch and smaller bezels, something that we’ve heard about before but which is rather unlikely to happen in 2021. However, the report indicates that the front-facing parts, which are now located into the notch, could actually be placed under the screen using Samsung technology.
