Microsoft Teams is one of the services whose adoption skyrocketed in the last few months as more people are working remotely, and Microsoft knows that it needs to continue to improve the platform to maintain this momentum for as long as possible.
But at the same time, Microsoft Teams also needs a number of urgent updates to better cope with the competition from other services like Zoom, so Microsoft is now working around the clock on a series of improvements that are supposed to go live this summer.
