Despite the ongoing health crisis, the expansion of 5G across the world continues, and as a result, more device manufacturers are now working on devices that would come with 5G capabilities.In addition to smartphone makers like Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and others, all of which are investing aggressively in 5G, there are some other surprising names that also want a share of this new trend.
One of them appears to be fast food giant McDonald’s, who is reportedly working on a 5G device that could be announced as soon as this week.
The company teased a 5G product announcement earlier this week with a bunch of mysterious photos published on WeChat in China – this is an indication that McDonald’s new device will most likely be limited to customers in China.
