Samsung’s Galaxy Chromebook could soon get a welcome upgrade in terms of hardware that could align it with the technical specifications of Windows alternatives, thus making it a better option for those planning to make the switch to Chrome OS.
Chromebooks don’t necessarily have to be hardware monsters, pretty much because the platform overall has been designed to be rather light without a huge resource usage, so Samsung just tried to meet these requirements without going too far in terms of specifications.
The Galaxy Chromebook certainly doesn’t disappoint given it comes with 8GB, which at this point, is more than enough to run Chrome OS and the available apps without any hiccups.
But on the other hand, it’s also not a secret that customers paying that much for a Chromebook expect more, not necessarily in terms of performance, but as far as the specs go.
