Larian Studios has finally taken the wraps off its upcoming title – Baldur's Gate III and judging by what's been shown during the gameplay reveal, the game strongly resemblances the Divinity: Original Sin series.
Of course, that's not a bad thing. In fact, we believe that's the main reason Larian was approached by Wizards of the Coast to create the next installment in the Baldur's Gate saga. One other thing worth adding is that previous rumors suggesting Larian plans to release Baldur's Gate 3 in early access this year were accurate.
Larian confirmed over the weekend that Baldur's Gate 3 will enter Steam Early Access at some point this year. The studio revealed the game will only be launched on PC and Stadia at this point, so if you're waiting for a console release, it's not on the table right now.
