Lair of the Clockwork God Combines Point & Click Adventure and Platformer Genres

Lair of the Clockwork God is one of those rare games that combine two genres that are normally incompatible with one another – point & click adventure and platformer. The game is developed by Size Five Games, the same studio that gave us the old Dan and Ben games: Ben There, Dan That! and Time Gentlemen, Please!

After more than a decade in development, Lair of the Clockwork God finally made its debut on PC. You can grab it right now for $20 or €17 with a 10 percent discount via Steam (special promotion ending on February 28).

Before we go into details, it's worth noting that you don't need to have played the original games, which star the same characters. Lair of the Clockwork God is a standalone adventure and not a sequel or a prequel to the original Dan and Ben games.
