Britney Spears channeled her inner teen girl for a hilarious sketch with Jimmy Fallon

• Britney Spears appeared on NBC's "Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday to participate in a sketch called "Ew!"
• Fallon reprised his role as sassy Sara while Spears played BFF Abby.
• The entertainer wore a headband with sparkly animal ears, a blue shirt with pineapples, and a bright pink skirt. 
• Spears showed off a childhood photo of herself and gave her best model poses. 
• She isn't the first star to join Fallon for the "Ew!" skit — Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Seth Rogen, and Zac Efron have also previously done it.
